| 摘 要： | 采用常规石蜡切片技术,对膜荚黄芪与蒙古黄芪小孢子发育进行细胞学观察,对小孢子不同发育时期与花蕾大小相关性进行研究。结果表明：膜荚黄芪与蒙古黄芪花粉母细胞呈圆形排列,小孢子四分体均属四面体型,减数分裂、胞质分裂属同时型,绒毡层属分泌型,花粉粒属二细胞型,花粉粒外壁上均有3个膜状突起。膜荚黄芪与蒙古黄芪小孢子各发育时期与花蕾大小之间存在较密切的相关性。
