黑土区不同轮作系统春麦田土壤线虫的研究

摘    要:为明确轮作系统中土壤线虫的分布特征,对海伦农业生态实验站长期定位实验区不同轮作系统小麦田土壤线虫进行了研究。取样茬口分别为小麦连作15年、麦豆麦迎茬15年和米豆麦轮作15年。小麦田共鉴定出7目16科32属线虫,其中丽突属(Acrobeles)、拟丽突属(Acrobeloides)、真头叶属(Eucephalobus)和真滑刃属(Aphelenchus)为优势属。各茬口间线虫种类分布存在差异,在连作麦田未发现胞囊属(Heteroderas)线虫。

Abstract:In order to know the characteristic of soil nematodes distribution and diversity change in the crop rotation systems,the present study used spring wheat as research sample to study the species and trophic structure of nematodes and utilized ecological indices to analyze the difference among the rotation systems,which provided data for further research on indicator function of soil nematode.The study was conducted in wheat field under continuous cropping wheat (CW,15 year),wheat-soybean-wheat(WSW,15 year) and maize-soybean-wheat(MSW,15 year) rotation systems in Hailun Agricultural Ecology Experimental Station.Totally 7 orderies 16 families 32 genera of nematodes were identified in wheat field.Acrobeles, Acrobeloides,Eucephalobus and Aphelenchus were found to be the dominant genera.The distribution of nematode species differs among the rotation systems,and Heteroderas was not found in CW.
