| 摘 要： | 农村实用人才具有鲜明时代特征,由于农村人力资源底子薄、质量差、开发难度大,致使目前北京市农村实用人才的素质与建设存在总量不足、素质不高、知识层次偏低、结构不合理等问题,应通过理念创新将首都农村实用人才队伍建设导向科学发展轨道,通过制度创新实现农村实用人才队伍建设的健康持续发展。
