| 摘 要： | 以大马士革蔷薇的当年生枝条为外植体，研究了不同浓度6-BA和NAA外源激素配比组合对其离体培养的影响，结果表明：适宜的诱导腋芽培养基为MS＋BA0．4mg／L＋NAA0．2mg／L；继代增殖培养基为MS＋BA0．5mg／L＋NAA0．2mg／L；生根培养基为1／2MS＋NAA0．3mg／L。 |

| Abstract: | This experiment took Rosa damascene＇s fresh layer of the same year as to explant, the influences of matching combinations of exogenous hormone 6--BA and NAA with different concentration on it culture in vitro were studied. The results showed that the best medium to induce proliferation was MS＋ BA0.4mg/L＋NAA0.2mg/L; the best subculture medium was MS＋BA0.5mg/L＋NAA0.2mg/L;While rooting medium was 1/2MS＋NAA0.3mg/L. |
