摘    要:健美操是集舞蹈,体操于一体的新兴体育项目,它不仅增进健康,健美体型,娱乐身心,陶冶情操,而且能更大限度提高身体素质,本旨在健美操课教学中采用不同的手段和方法,通过实践证明确实提高女大学生的身体素质,并收到了良好的效果。

Abstract:Callisthenics is a new and developing event of P.E It is a combination of dance and gymnastics, It not only can improve one' shealth, make one's build vigorous and graceful, entertain one's body and mind and mould one's sentiment but also can improve one's body quality to the highest degree. The purpose of this article is to prove that by making use of different kinds of train in P.E Course Callisthenics really improve the body quality of girl college student and the results are quite good.
