| 摘 要： | 随着天保工程的实施,如何解决林区职工的再就业成为当前一个重要问题。本文分析了旅游业在提供就业方面的优势,并就天保地区旅游发展过程中的产业衔接、就业方式、中小企业发展、当地社区参与、管理体制改革等几个核心问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of the Natural Forest Protection Program(NFPP), it's crucial to deal with the re-employment of forestry laid-off workers.This paper, analyzing the advantages of tourism employment, provides discussions on some key issues of tourism employment in the NFPP areas, such as the linkage inside and outside tourism industry, the ways of tourism employment,development of small and medium sized enterprises, local community participation, reform of management system, and so on. |
