| 摘 要： | 阐述了图书馆读者权益的概念，指出图书馆读者权益应包含文献阅读权、平等对待权、阅读自主权、信息知情权、人格尊严权、批评监督权等内容，揭示了图书馆读者权益的法律属性，提出了加强图书馆法制建设，提高图书馆员的法律意识和增强图书馆读者民主意识等读者权益的保护措施。 |
