摘    要:目的]探讨酸枣仁中金属元素与药物药效关系。方法]以酸枣仁为试材,对样品进行硝化处理,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度计分别测定各标准系列工作液,绘制标准曲线,采用火焰原子分光光度法测定样品溶液中Cr、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni的含量,将样品稀释10倍后测定K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe的含量,加10%的La(NO3)3抗干扰以测定K、Na、Ca、Mg的含量。结果]酸枣仁中含有丰富的金属元素,Mg、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn元素含量高于其他中草药。采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定酸枣仁的金属元素具有准确度高、操作方便、稳定性好、重现性好的特点,回收率为97.33%-103.15%,能满足中药微量元素检测的需要,可用于同一样品分析多种元素。结论]该研究为进一步开发和利用中药酸枣仁提供科学依据。
