硒处理对四叶参氮磷钾吸收积累的影响

摘    要:采用营养液培养和盆栽方式,研究硒处理对四叶参氮磷钾吸收积累的影响。结果表明,硒对四叶参幼苗、成株的氮磷钾吸收和干物质积累影响不同。在0~1.5mg/kg范围内,随硒处理浓度增加,四叶参幼苗干物质和氮磷钾积累量逐渐增加,以1.5mg/L处理最佳,2.0mg/kg硒处理四叶参幼苗干物质积累与对照差异不显著;盆栽条件下一年生四叶参植株则在1.0mg/kg处理最佳,2.0mg/kg硒处理四叶参生长过程中逐渐死亡。表明不同栽培方式影响硒对四叶参氮磷钾吸收和干物质积累,盆栽以1.0mg/kg硒处理最佳。

Abstract:Hydroponic culture and pot experiments were conducted to study effects of different selenium(Se) on accumulation of dry matter,and absorption and accumulation of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) of Codonopsis lanceolata.The results showed that seeding and one-year old plant of C.lanceolata presented different responses to Se supply.The accumulation of dry matter,N,P and K of C.lanceolata in seeding increased with Se increasing from 0 to 1.5 mg/kg,with the best being 1.5 mg/kg,and no significant difference between 2.0 mg/kg and control,whereas 1.0 mg/kg was the optimal in pot experiment.It is concluded that different culture modes affected accumulation of dry matter,and absorption and accumulation of N,P and K of C.lanceolata.Under this experimental condition,1.0 mg/kg was the optimum in pot experiment,which could be used as recommendation for field culture.
