| 摘 要： | 苜蓿（Medicago sativa）产量高、品质好、营养丰富、适口性好，是畜禽优质饲料，广泛应用于畜禽养殖业中。本文阐述了苜蓿营养价值和利用方式及其在牛、羊、猪、鸡、兔养殖中的应用情况，为苜蓿在畜禽养殖中合理应用提供科学指导，以期促进苜蓿饲料的充分开发和畜禽养殖业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Alfalfa is rich in protein and various nutrients, and with good palatability and considered to be a fine forage for livestock and poultry, which is widely used in the feeding of livestock and poultry. This article expounded the nutritional value of alfalfa and its utilizing ways, and its feeding effect on cattle, sheep, pig, chicken and rabbit, provided scientific guidance of reasonable application of alfalfa in the industry of livestock and poultry to with a view to promoting the full development of alfalfa and the healthy feeding of livestock and poultry. |
