| 摘 要： | 针对我国城镇化发展中存在的生态环境问题,结合杨凌示范区的自然资源条件和社会经济条件,探讨了建设生态型城镇的必要性,并提出了以循环经济为指导,构建循环经济产业体系、城镇基础设施体系、生态环保体系和社会事业体系的生态型城镇的构想.

| Abstract: | This article first analyses current ecological problems in the course of town,then discusses the necessity for construction of eco-town in Yangling Demonstration Zone,basing on its natural condition and social economic development level.Finally, methods to realize eco-town were put forward,including establishing circular economic industrial system,infrustructure system,system for eco-environmental protection and social system. |
