红叶杨红色素提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]探讨影响色素得率的因素和工艺条件。方法]以红叶杨新鲜叶片作为原料,研究了4种浸提剂(水、乙醇、石油醚和丙酮)、5种乙醇溶液浓度(15%~100%)、不同波长,浸提温度、料液比和pH值对红叶杨色素提取效果的影响。采用4因素3水平正交试验,确定了红叶杨色素提取的最佳条件组合。结果]单因素试验表明,最佳浸提剂、乙醇溶液浓度、吸收波长、浸提温度、料液比和浸提pH值分别为乙醇、75%4、50 nm、70℃1、∶75和1;正交试验表明,提取红叶杨色素的最佳条件为:提取温度80℃、提取时间0.5 h、料液比1∶100、75%乙醇浸提剂和浸提pH值为1。结论]该研究为红叶杨色素的进一步开发利用提供了参考数据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the factors and technological conditions influencing pigment yield.Method] With fresh Hongye poplar leaves as raw materials,the influences of 4 extractants(water,ethanol, petroleum ether and acetone),5 ethanol concentrations(15%~100%),different wavelengths,extraction temperatures,material-liquid ratios and pH values on the extraction effect of pigment from Hongye poplar were studied.The optimum condition combination for extracting pigment from Hongye poplar was confirmed by orthogonal experiment with 4 factors and 3 levels.Result] The single factor experiments showed that the optimum extractant,ethanol concentration,absorption wavelength,extraction temperature,material-liquid ratio and extraction pH value were ethanol,75%,450 nm,70 ℃,1∶75 and 1 resp.The orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum condition for extracting pigments from Hongye poplar was extraction temperature and time of 80 ℃ and 0.5 h,material-liquid ratio of 1∶100,extractant of 75% ethanol and extraction pH value of 1.Conclusion] The research supplied reference basis for further exploiting Hongye poplar pigment.
