HACCP在银杏袋包茶生产中的应用

摘    要:通过应用HACCP管理体系的技术原理和方法,对银杏袋包茶生产中的原料工序进行了危害分析,并确定了关键控制点,建立了标准的受控指标和操作规程。采取定量和定性的检查、测试、执行等措施,使银杏袋包茶的生产始终保持安全、卫生、质量稳定状态,从而使产品质量达到100%合格。

Abstract:Through applying HACCPmanagement technology theory and method,the hazard of the production program of ginkgo packed tea was analyied,The critical control point and standard controlled indexes and operation rules were set up.The quantitative and qualitative check,test and taking measures were conducted inorder to keep the safety,clean and quality stability of ginkgo packed tea production.The qualified rate of the production was reached up to nearly 100%.
