摘    要:
为了筛选出适宜恩施地区种植的优质葡萄品种,引进10个葡萄品种在恩施市进行试种栽培,并对各品种的物候期、果实品质和有机酸等进行了调查和分析。结果表明:玫瑰香、玫瑰露、红芭拉多、黑芭拉多四个品种物候期适宜,产量品质较高,适合在恩施地区种植;其次为紫皇和紫脆,红乳和克瑞森产量较低不建议种植。这为恩施地区引进优良葡萄品种提供了理论依据。

Preliminary report on introduction and quality comparison of grape varieties in Enshi area
Abstract:
in order to select high-quality grape varieties suitable for planting in Enshi area, 10 grape varieties were introduced from other places for cultivation, and the phenological period, fruit quality and organic acid of grape varieties were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the four varieties of Rose Fragrance, Rose Dew, Red Balado and Black Balado had right phenological period and high yield and quality, which were suitable to be planted in Enshi and followed by Zihuang and Zicui. It was not recommended to be planted in Enshi, because the yields of Hongru and Chryson were lower than control. This paper provided a theoretical basis for the introduction of excellent grape varieties in Enshi area.
