梅花鹿妊娠早期血清生殖激素含量变化研究

采集4头体况良好、健康无疾病、妊娠早期梅花鹿的血样,采用RIA分析方法对血清中的5种生殖激素(LH、FSH、E2、P和hCG)的含量进行测定,结果表明,在梅花鹿妊娠早期(2~38 d),LH含量缓慢的降低,处于低稳的水平,平均为(29.97±32.70)IU/L;FSH的含量稳步上升,平均为(1.60±0.66)μg/L;E2的含量除了一个较大的峰值(10.20±6.59)ng/L外,一直都是稳步降低,平均值是(6.47±4.28)ng/L;P的含量平均为(0.05±0.04)μg/L;hCG的含量呈缓慢下降趋势,平均为(22.71±26.48)μg/L。

The Concentration of LH, FSH, E, P and hCG in Serum of Female Sika Deer in Oestrous Prophase

Blood samples were gathered from suborbital veins of 4 healthy and reproduced female sika deer after copulation in 2003,which were kept and fixed in cages.The contents of five kinds of reproductive hormones(luteinazing hormone-LH,follicle stimulating hormone-FSH,estradiol-E_2,progesterone-P and human chorionic gonadotrophin-hCG) were tested with radioimmunoassay(RIA).It is illustrated that the LH content variation range in early pregnancy(2～38 d) was(29.97±32.70) IU/L,which kept a lower level(P>0.05)and decreased slowly.FSH content increased gradually and the mean value was(1.60±0.66) μg/L.Content of E_2 decreased all along except a peak((10.20±)6.59) ng/L,its mean value was(6.47±4.28) ng/L.hCG content also decreased slowly with a average of(0.05±0.04) μg/L.At last the average content of P was (0.05±0.04) μg/L.
