农民收入结构视阈下的黑龙江垦区农民增收新途径分析

农民收入问题是解决"三农"问题的关键,而如何解决农民收入增加问题始终困扰着政府和专家学者,由于影响农民收入结构的因素较复杂。因此,文章从黑龙江垦区农民收入结构入手,分析影响农民收入结构的主导性因素,并提出垦区农民增收的六个方面新途径,为垦区制定农民增收政策提供依据。

Analysis of Farmers' Income Increasing Way of Heilongjiang Reclamation Area Based on the Structure of Farmers' Incomes

The farmers＇ income problem is the key resolving the issue of ＂agriculture、rural、farmer＂,and the government and experts are always obsessed with the problem of solving farmers＇ income increasing,because the structural factors that affects the farmers＇ income is very complex.so,I have written these views from the structure of farmers＇income in heilongjiang reclamation area,analyzed the major factor affecting the income of farmers,proposed six new suggestions on increasing farmers＇ income in order to provided corresponding basis to set up the farmers income policy for the reclamation area.
