苯酚—硫酸法测定玉米须保健饮料中多糖的含量

摘    要:采用苯酚—硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,于波长490 nm处测其吸光度,测定总多糖的含量。结果表明,葡萄糖质量浓度为0.02~0.14 mg/mL,与吸收度呈良好的线性关系;回归曲线:Y=5.201 8X-0.002 4,R2=0.999 6;平均回收率为100.55%,RSD=1.70%,测得的总多糖平均质量浓度为0.874 mg/mL。

Abstract:Using the phenol-sulfuric acid method with the glucose as comparison,its absorption at 490 nm is measured,the total polysaccharide content is determined.The linear range of glucose is 0.02~0.14 mg/mL(R2=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 100.55 %(RSD=1.70 %).The assay of total polysaccharides in corn stigma health beverage is 0.874 mg/mL.
