| 摘 要： | 采用选择性改良NPNL培养基和YQX—II型厌氧培养箱,分别对母乳喂养健康婴儿的粪便和惠尔康AB乳中的双歧杆菌进行分离培养,经过革兰氏染色和镜检,再利用生化鉴定试剂管,进行属和种的系统生化鉴定,最终确认获得了9株疑似双歧杆菌菌株,除了B-2和B-7难以判断,其余都是两歧双歧杆菌,为以后的产品开发奠定了基础。
