| 摘 要： | "十二五"时期,宁夏要加快"黄河金岸"的建设,使"黄河金岸"成为宁夏的金字招牌,就必须充分发挥金融对经济发展的支撑作用。基于伊斯兰金融独特的投资理念及宁夏自治区特殊的穆斯林区情,宁夏有必要结合自身地方金融发展特点,引进伊斯兰金融,早日实现"黄河金岸"的宏伟蓝图。

| Abstract: | In the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,Ningxia will accelerate the construction of " the Yellow River Gold Coast".In order to make " the Coast" in Ningxia become a gilded signboard,we must give full play to the supporting role of the financial for the economic development.Based on the unique investment philosophy of Islamic finance and the Special situation of the Muslim area in Ningxia autonomous region,it is necessary for Ningxia to combine their local financial development characteristics,to introduce the Islamic finance,so that it can realize as soon as possible the grandiose blue print of " the Yellow River Golden Coast". |
