摘    要:土壤环境是影响根瘤菌结瘤固氮的首要因素,其类型、pH以及其他理化性质都能影响根瘤菌的接种效果。因此有必要对不同地区大豆根瘤菌的培养条件进行优化,使大豆接种根瘤菌,能够在植物根部产生大量有效根瘤,达到增产目的。研究通过单因素试验分析得到海伦、绥棱、北安、呼兰和绥化的大豆根瘤菌的最佳培养条件。培养时间分别为48、48、48、96和48h;pH分别为6.0、7.5、6.5、8.0、6.5;转速分别为180、180、160、180、180r·min-1;培养温度均为28℃。

Abstract:Environment of soil is the primary factor affected nodulation of Rhizobia, and its type, pH as well as other physical and chemical properties can influence the effect of Rhizobia inoculation. Therefore, it is necessary for Rhizobia from different regions to optimize culture conditions in order to ensure that the inoculation of Rhizobia can produce a large number of effective nodules, reach high production purposes. Rhizobia from Hailun, Suiling, Beian, Hulan and Suihua were investigated for obtaining the optimal culture conditions by single factor. The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were as below: culture time was, 48, 48, 48, 96 and 48 h, respectively; initial pH was 6.0, 7.5, 6.5,8.0,6.5, respectively; rotate speed was 180,180,160,180,180 r·min~(-1) respectively; culture temperature of all the Rhizobia was 28°C.
