泰安市蔬菜中重金属污染调查研究

通过对蔬菜重金属污染调查研究认为：泰安市蔬菜中主要重金属的平均含量顺序为Ｃｕ＞Ｃｒ＞Ａｓ＞Ｃｄ＞Ｐｂ＞Ｈｇ；各种重金属的污染等级在未污染至轻污染之间，Ｃｒ、Ｃｕ和Ｃｄ属于轻污染，Ａｓ、Ｐｂ和Ｈｇ属于未污染，轻污染项目均在食品卫生标准值附近，蔬菜中重金属的含量较低，蔬菜质量相对较好；各种蔬菜之间重金属含量无明显的规律。

POLLUTION OF HEAVY METAL ON VEGETABLES IN TAIAN REGION

Research and investigation on the pollution of heavy metal on vegetables was conducted and the result in that the sequence of average contents of major heavy metals in vegetables is:Cu>Cr>As>Cd>Pb>Hg.The pollution level of each heavy metal is between nonpollution and slight pollution.From the research dada we find that the pollution of Cr,Cu and Cd is slight and that of As Pb and Hg is none;and the projects of slight pollution are all near the food hygiene standard,the content of heavy metal in slight heavymetal-polluting vegetables is relatively low and the quality of vegetable is good.There is no obvious regularity in content of heavy metals in different vegetable species.
