| 摘 要： | 以冬青苦丁茶树的幼嫩枝梢为材料进行组织培养,结果表明:外植体在MT+BA 1 mg/L+2,4-D 0.05 mg/L培养基培养,腋芽萌发最快,萌发率最高;随着外植体木质化程度的增加,褐变率降低,腋芽萌动时间缩短,萌动率提高;5、8、10月份取材的外植体,萌动率5月8月10月,腋芽萌动时间则相反;MT+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基能使试管小苗茎段快速增殖;试管苗在1/2MT+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L培养基上短时间培养后,蛭石上扦插发根,较容易移栽成活.

| Abstract: | Using young shoots of ilex holly tree as materials in tissue culture,the regeneration of plants was stud-ied.The results showed that explants cultured in the MT + BA 1 mg/L +2,4-D 0.05 mg/L culture medium,axillary bud germinated fast,germination rate was the highest.With the increase of explants lignification degree,the brown-ing rate decreased,germinating axillary time was shorter,and germinating rate became higher.Germinating rate of explants derived in different month was as an order of May>August>Octobe... |
