| 摘 要： | 以1a生爬藤榕枝条为材料进行硬枝扦插繁殖研究.试验采用L16(45)正交试验,分析了激素种类、激素浓度和激素的处理时间对爬藤榕生根率的影响.结果表明,影响生根的主因子是激素浓度、激素种类,其次是激素的处理时间.最优组合是IBA 150 mg/L处理10 h,生根率可达70%.

| Abstract: | The cuttage propagation of Ficus sarmentosa var. impressa was studied with the one-year-old shoots by the experiment of L16(45)orthogonal design. The results indicated that the main factors affected rooting of Ficus sarmentosa var. impressa seedlings were the concentrations and the types of hormone,and the treatment time of hormone also had some extent effect on rooting. The optimal treatment was followed as:IBA+150 mg/L+10 h,which could make the cutting rooting percentage up to 70%. |
