含水率对稻米籽粒挤压特性影响的研究

摘    要:稻米籽粒的挤压特性指标是设计稻米收获、贮藏和加工系统的重要理论依据之一。通过试验获得了稻米籽粒挤压特性的力学指标,包括弹性模量、破坏力、破坏应力及破坏能等,并研究了含水率对稻米籽粒挤压特性的影响,为稻米加工装置的设计及安全管理提供理论依据。

Abstract:The compression properties indexes of brown rice grain are important in design of harvesting, sorting and processing system. In this paper, the compression properties indexes of brown rice grain including elastic modulus, compression failure force, compression failure stress and compression failure energy were obtained by applying compression experiment, and the effect of the moisture content on compression properties of brown rice grain was studied, the theoretical basis was improved for design of and secure process device.
