摘    要:采用盆栽模拟试验方法研究了小青菜(Brassica chinensis)对铅胁迫的生理响应.结果表明,在低浓度铅作用下,小青菜的叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量无显著变化,随着铅浓度的升高,叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著降低:MDA含量随铅浓度的升高呈先降低后升高的趋势;POD活性则随着铅浓度的升高而降低.综合各项生理指标,小青菜耐受铅污染的临界点为600mg·kg-1,在低于该浓度的铅污染土壤中,小青菜体内的代谢过程能够顺利进行,可维持正常生长.

Abstract:Series of pot experiments were conducted to study effects of lead stress on the physiological characteristics of potted Brassica chinensis. The results showed that the synthesis of chlorophyll and soluble protein were first not affected markedly and then inhibited significantly,the content of MDA decreased first and then increased with the increasing of Pb concentration.
