保护地不同灌溉方式下土壤碳库管理指数的研究

摘    要:以沟灌、滴灌和渗灌3种灌溉方法进行保护地长期定位灌溉试验,保护地分3层采取0~45 cm土层的土壤样品,测定供试土壤的总有机碳、活性有机碳含量,计算出碳库管理指数,研究了不同灌溉方法对保护地土壤总有机碳和活性有机碳的影响。结果表明,土壤总有机碳和活性有机碳均随土层的加深而减少。在0~15 cm和15~30 cm土层,3种灌溉处理土壤的总有机碳含量顺序为滴灌>渗灌>沟灌,而30~45 cm的总有机碳含量顺序则为渗灌>滴灌>沟灌;各层次土壤活性有机碳含量排列顺序均为渗灌>滴灌>沟灌,且30~45 cm土层渗灌与沟灌的差异达到了5%显著水平;各灌溉处理、不同深度土层的土壤碳库管理指数大小排列顺序均为渗灌>滴灌>沟灌,但只有15~30 cm土层滴灌、渗灌的碳库管理指数与沟灌的差异达到了5%显著水平。
