摘    要:利用荧光AFLP分子标记技术,对适合我国南方地区栽培的26个枣优良品种亲缘关系进行研究。结果表明,8对引物共扩增得到886条带,其中多态性条带为817条,多态性比例达到了92.2%,体现了非常丰富的遗传多样性。系统聚类结果表明大部分来源于北方地区的鲜食品种聚为一类,彼此间亲缘关系较近;制干、兼用品种和南方本地品种表现出较近的亲缘关系。酥脆枣与孔府酥脆枣亲缘关系很近,而河南鸡蛋枣与湖南鸡蛋枣之间存在着较远的遗传距离。

Abstract:In order to understand the genetic relationships among jujube cultivars suitable for cultivation in the South of China, 26 jujube cultivars and its wild species, sour jujube, were analyzed using fluorescent-labeled AFLP markers. 8 AFLP primer combinations were selected for the analysis based on the number and quality of polymorphic fragments. A total of 886 AFLP markers were identified, of which 817 (92.2%) were polymorphic. Using UPGMA clustering method, 26 cultivars were placed into 2 clusters. Most of fresh cultivars introduced from North China showed close genetic relationship among each others. The others had close genetic relationship with South China cultivars. Sucuizao and Kongfusucuizao were very close genetically. Jidanzao coming from Henan and Hunan had farther genetic distance and they were different cultivars.
