| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆流通部馆员的责任心,将直接影响着图书馆与馆员的形象树立和地位的提高。图书馆工作只有从每一个细节出发,汇集成一个整体化、细微化的服务脉络,才能提升图书馆在读者心目中的整体形象,才能更深更广地扩大服务领域,也才能吸引更多的读者走进图书馆,利用图书馆。
