大豆脂肪酸组分与主要农艺性状的相关分析

摘    要:
将正常亚麻酸含量的品种合丰25与亚麻酸含量仅为3%的突变品系C-14杂交,利用亲本以及杂交后代群体进行5种脂肪酸含量与各农艺性状进行相关分析。结果表明:可以通过农艺性状分析间接筛选出优良脂肪酸组成的稳定大豆品系。

Abstract:
The parents and progeny segregating from a cross between Hefeng 25,a soybean cultivar with regular linolenic content,and C-14,a soybean mutant line with only 3% linolenic acid,were used to study soybean fatty acid inheritance and the correlation between five fatty acid content and the main agronomic traits was analyzed.The results indicated that the stable lines for high quality fatty acid composition might be indirectly identified by agronomic traits analysis in low generation.
