| Abstract: | The status of IPR protection of a country is a hot issue now.However,there has been little research on the status of IPR protection of technologies in the field of marine life so far.In fact,the application and protection state of patent of technologies in the field of marine life in China is by no means satisfactory.Consequently,it＇s really significant to strengthen the research on current situation and existing problems of patent protection of technologies in marine life field and to learn other countries＇ experiences.It＇s also vital to take certain measures to provide better conditions and environment for the innovation and protection of technologies in the field of marine life in China. |
