城市土地资源配置优化度评价与分析——以天津市为例

根据土地资源配置的相关理论和文献,构建了土地资源配置优化度评价指标体系,对天津市土地资源配置状况进行了分析评价。从分析结果来看,虽然近年来天津土地资源配置正呈现不断优化的趋势,但总体而言,用地规模呈粗放式扩张,社会和环境效益未得到应有的重视。因此,必须从城市规划、土地利用总体规划等控制性规划出发,对土地供给进行有效、合理地调控,以供给引导需求,提高存量土地的利用效率,实现经济的稳定增长和社会和谐发展。
