THE APPLICATION OF TOTAL INTEGRATION AUTOMATION CONTROL SYSTEM IN THE STORAGE OF GRAIN RESERVES

Combined with the control system design and application of the practical project in the grain depot , give an overview on the application of the Total Integration Automation Control System in the grain depot and explain the pivotal technology in detail . The control system designed in this paper achieve automatic monitoring of the grain storage and distribution process ,data acquisition , fault diagnosis , alarm and other functions . Step by step to prevent incorrect operation , greatly reduce artificial fault ;Meanwhile , optimize control strategy ,reduce the number of equipment dow ntime , get effects of energy saving and efficiency . The practical results show that the system has good stability and superiority .
