摘    要:建立了一种超高效液相色谱同时测定金针菇、香菇和平菇中吡虫啉、啶虫脒和多菌灵农药残留的方法。结果表明,3种农药在0.02~0.50 mg/L的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 8~0.999 9,检出限0.005 7~0.020 0 mg/kg,定量限小于0.059 mg/kg,方法平均添加回收率在97%~108%,RSD小于13%,结果较为理想,方法简单、快速、准确。

Determination of Three Pesticide Residues in Mushrooms by UPLC

Abstract:A method was developed for simultaneous determination of imidacloprid,acetamiprid and carbendazim in flammulina velutipes,lentinus edodes and pleurotus ostreatus by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).The results showed that a good linearity in the range of 0.02~0.50 mg/L with the linear correlation coefficients of 0.999 8~0.999 9,detection limits were 0.005 7~0.020 0 mg/kg,quantification limits were less than 0.059 mg/kg,the average recoveries of this method were between 97% and 108%,with relative standard deviations of less than 13%,and the results would be better,this method was simple,fast and accurate.
