| 摘 要： | 以黄瓜子叶为外植体,经农杆菌介导转化导入抗除草剂基因。在共培养的菌液中添加乙酰丁香酮,可以明显提高外植体的愈伤组织诱导率;延长农杆菌与外植体的共浸染时间至40min,外植体的存活率达90.5%,出芽率可达38.1%。
