农民观念对农民增收的影响分析

农民增收问题是国家农村工作的首要任务,也是当前农民群众普遍关心的热点难点问题。近年来,农民收入逐年有所增长,但增速缓慢。农民增收困难,既有客观原因的限制,也有主观因素的影响。该文从思想意识层面入手,说明观念保守对增收的制约,提出更新农民观念的必要性,并深刻分析导致农民观念保守的原因,继而提出相应的解决办法。
