禽败血枝原体人工接种雏鸡的病理组织学研究

摘    要:用禽败血枝原体MG]的 S_6强毒株列一月龄雏鸡进行人工气雾接种,一周后再以鸡新城疫Ⅱ系疫苗激发,于激发后第一、二、三、四、五、六周进行心脏采血,禽枝原体血清平板凝集试监,尸体剖检和病理组织学观察。发现经接种后隔离鸡群呈血清学阳性,但未见明显的组织学病变。接种后激发群临床上表现为不同程度的咳嗽、呼吸啰音、鼻液、羽毛莲乱和消瘦。血清学反应均呈阳性。病理组织切片观察,除了鼻窦、气管、气囊、肺脏等呼吸器官产生一定的病理变化和淋巴细胞浸润外,在心、肝、脾、肾和肠道等脏器均有不同程度的损伤和淋巴细胞浸润。重症例,肺脏呈出血性肺炎,并伴有肾脏抗基底膜性肾小球肾炎变化,形成一种禽的类Goodpasture 综合症。尤其是胸腺和腔上囊的变化更令人感兴趣,胸腺在接种后四周表现为进行性机能变化,淋巴细胞显著增生。而腔上囊则表现退行性机能变化,粘膜固有层淋巴滤泡髓质扩大,皮质萎缩,淋巴细胞明显减少。此种变化,可为禽枝原体病的细胞免疫提供了一定病理组织学上的依据。对照组无上述病理变化。


THE STUDY OF HISTOPATHOLOGICAL IN MYCOPLASMA GALLISEPTICUM EXPOSE TO CHICKEN
Abstract:With mycoplasma gallisopticum(MG)vcnenous S6-strain,we expose one-month-old chickens to an aerosol from a nebulizer,then stimulate with new castle disease Ⅱ vaccines a week late.Ater stimulated once a week for six weeks,the chickend had been slanghtered by intracardiac puncture,Us- ing MG serum phate agglutination test,autopsicd and observed in histopatho- logical.It was found that the chickens inoculated and isolated were the serologic positive,But without istinct changes in histopathologic The chick- ons inoculated and stimulated show cough,redperitory rale,nasal dis- charge,fluffy feater and emaciated in deffernet degree.However,all of the test were the serologic positive. Through observtion in histopathological,It's found that excet a certain degree of changes of the pathologe and lymphocytic infiltration in the re- speritoleorgans such as nasal sinuses,trachea,air sac and lung,The lesions and lymphocytic infiltrctionsin the organs such as hcart,liver,spleen, kidney,intestines,in defferent degree.The kidney lesions exhibit glmerulon- phritis,forming a like-Goodpasture syndrome of avian. It was more intceresting that the changes of the thymus and bursa of fabricus in particalar,After inoculated four weeks the thymus show the changes in progress of lymphocytic hyperplasia in great deal.whereas bursa of fbricius show the changes of regree of the preliferation of marrow and hypotrophy of cortex,apparent dierease of lymphocytic,which might offer evidences for cell immunith of mycoplasma gallisepticum disease.
