Abstract:Forest hydrological cycle is an important factor affecting the spatiotemporal change of forest ecosystem caused by forest associated climate.The study of forest hydrological process is accepted by most scholars at watershed scale.However,how to describe or evaluate the forest eco-hydrological process correctly is the basic key to accurately understand the water cycle of watershed ecosystem and its response mechanism to global climate change.This paper summarizes the previous results,and takes several key processes(canopy interception,evapotranspiration,soil storage and infiltration and runoff)of watershed scale forest hydrological processes as the basis.The measurement theories and methods of the four processes are summarized.It also looks forward to the parameter modification of the model or hydrological process,the watershed scale simulation by GIS and the tracing description of forest hydrological process combined with hydrogen and oxygen isotope technology.It will be a correct understanding of the development trend of hydrological process mechanism in forest basins.It also points out that there is a scientific problem of how to extrapolate basin scale to regional scale and even global scale.
