| 摘 要： | 指出了建筑信息模型技术是建筑领域的一场信息化革命。BIM技术的应用有利于实现对建设项目全生命周期的管理、实现设计视图的三维性、有效地减少设计变更及缩短设计周期、实现对施工成本预测性控制。对建筑信息模型技术在建筑设计阶段的应用价值进行了探讨,得出了BIM技术在建筑模型设计、结构模型设计和机电模型设计中的价值,为建筑设计新模式的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | BIM technology is an information revolution in the field of architecture.The application of BIM technology is conducive to realizing the management of the whole life cycle of construction projects,realizing the three-dimensional design views,effectively reducing the design changes and shortening design cycles,and realizing predictive control of construction costs.This paper discusses the application value of BIM technology in architectural design stage.The application value of BIM technology in building model design,structural model design and electromechanical model design are obtained,which provides reference for the application of new mode of architectural design. |
