湖南省林地变更利用与经济发展脱钩分析

分析了林地变更利用与经济发展的关系,为促进湖南省经济发展及土地集约高效利用提供更多的理论参考。研究基于Tapio脱钩模型,采用GIS空间分析法,对湖南省2014~2018年的林地变更利用与经济增长的脱钩关系进行了时空差异分析。结果表明:①2014~2018年湖南省及各市州的林地变更利用与经济发展的脱钩状态总体上呈弱脱钩型,各市州之间的林地变更利用与经济发展的脱钩状态存在明显差异;②湖南省及各市州的林地变更利用及经济发展脱钩系数总体上呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势;③在空间分布上,弱脱钩显著的区域总体上呈现分散态势,脱钩程度较低的主要集中分布在湘西地区,而从高度弱脱钩地区层面上,实现高度弱脱钩的区域数量有所增加,并且呈现出地区脱钩程度差距逐渐缩小的趋势。因此,提出了需要因地制宜地采取针对性的措施来提高林地变更利用效率,以便为湖南省经济发展提供长足动力。

Decoupling Analysis of Forest Land Conversion and Utilization and Economic Development in Hunan Province

This paper analyzes the relationship between forest land conversion and utilization and economic development,which provides more theoretical references for promoting economic development and land intensive and efficient use in Hunan Province.Based on the Tapio decoupling model,this study uses GIS spatial analysis to analyze the temporal and spatial differences of the decoupling relationship between forest land use and economic growth in Hunan Province from 2014 to 2018.The results show that:①The decoupling state of forest land conversion and economic development in Hunan Province and its cities and prefectures from 2014 to 2018 is generally weak.The decoupling state of forest land conversion and economic development between cities and prefectures is obviously different.②The decoupling coefficient of forest land utilization and economic development in Hunan Province and its cities and prefectures generally shows a trend of first decline and then rise.③In terms of spatial distribution,the regions with significant weak decoupling are generally scattered.The areas with low decoupling are mainly concentrated in the western Hunan region.From the level of highly weak decoupling regions,the number of regions with high weak decoupling has increased.And there is a trend of gradually narrowing the gap in the degree of regional decoupling.Therefore,it is necessary to take targeted measures according to local conditions to improve the efficiency of forest land conversion and utilization,so as to provide considerable impetus for the economic development of Hunan Province.
