山东地区工厂化栽培的双孢菇品种筛选及优化

摘    要:为了获得适合工厂化栽培的双孢菇菌种,从国内外主栽地区收集引进双孢菇品种,进行了品种比较试验。结果表明:以菌丝体活性、农艺性状、产量等为检测指标,筛选性状优良的2个双孢菇品种A2、A3,A2品种在常温及冷藏条件下较其他品种更耐存储,适合长距离运输销售,A3品种栽培产量最高,A级菇占比最高可达91%,试验为进一步优化适宜工厂化栽培的双孢菇品种提供参考。

Abstract:In order to obtain the Agaricus bisporus strains which is suitable for industrial cultivation,the introduced Agaricus bisporus varieties were collected from the main cultivation areas at home and abroad,and the varieties were compared and tested.Using mycelial activity,agronomic traits,yield,etc.as testing indicators,two Agaricus bisporus varieties with excellent properties were screened varieties A2 and A3.Variety A2 is more resistant to storage than other varieties under normal temperature and cold storage conditions,and are suitable for long-distance transportation and sales.Variety A3 has the highest cultivation yield,and the proportion of A-grade mushrooms can reach up to 91%.The test provides reference for further optimization of the suitable varieties for industrial cultivation of Agaricus bisporus.
