略论太行山生态经济沟建设

80年代出现在太行山区的生态经济沟,是山区治理矛盾和发展的产物。它有其特定的内涵和外延。它的建设特点,一是要素集合的资金、知识密集型;二是立体开发的生态经济型;三是“三效”统一的富裕文明型。作为现时生产力的构成模式,生态经济沟的经营类型有以工副补林果的综合利用型;兴种植办加工的双轨前进型;投劳集资的积腋成裘型;林果相济的农林结构型。生态经济沟建设,是在公有制的土地上实施的,它的管理模式受双层经营的集体经济的制约。

ON THE ECOLOGICAL ECONOMIC VALLEY CONSTRUCTION IN TAIHANG MOUNTAIN REGIONS

Ecological Economic Valley (EEV) construction risen in last decade was the product of harnessing and developing Taihang Mountain regions. It has the features of fund-and knowledge-concetrated model, all-round developed ecological economic model, wealthy and civilization model with "Three Effect" unification. Being a structure model of real productive forces, the management of EEV has the following styles, comprehensive utilization style with industry and sidelines subsidizing forestry and fruit production, two-track development style for planting and processing, fund accumilating style through labour investiment, and agriculture-forestry mutually beneficial style. The management of EEV is governed by collective economy with double managing levels since the EEV is established on public land.
