基于熵权物元可拓模型的耕地可持续利用研究——以江苏省为例

摘    要:可拓工程是以开拓创新规律与方法为研究对象的一门学科。根据耕地利用的特点,按照物元模型、可拓数学方法与关联函数理论,建立了耕地可持续利用综合评价的物元可拓模型。通过计算其综合关联度,将多指标的评价归结为单目标决策,给出定量的数值评定结果,利用综合关联度进行综合定量分析,直观全面地衡量了耕地可持续利用水平。选择江苏省耕地利用状况作为评价实例,研究表明,江苏省耕地利用处于“可持续利用”等级。物元可拓评价方法结构合理,实际意义明确,评价结果直观,为土地可持续利用研究提供了新的理论依据。

Abstract:Extension engineering is a new subject that takes the exploiting & innovating rules and means as research object.According to the characteristics of cultivated land utilization,applying to matter-element model,extension method,independent function theory,we build up a matter-element model of the synthetic evaluation of the sustainable utilization of cultivated land.Analyzing the synthetic independent degree,the multi-ingredient of assessment is transformed into the single-object decision,and the results can directly show the level of the sustainable utilization of cultivated land.The extension matter-element model is used in Jiangsu province.The results show that the utilization of cultivated land in Jiangsu province is sustainable.The matter-element extension model was proved to be rationale,the evaluation method is simple and practicable,and the evaluation result tallies with the fact.The result is believed to provide new theoretical base for the sustainable utilization of land.
