提升安徽省大别山茶区绿茶竞争力的若干思考

近年来，绿茶越来越受到国内外消费者的关注，绿茶市场不断升温。但是作为绿茶重要产地的安徽省大别山茶区，其绿茶产业竞争力严重不足。文章提出两条线索，即横向的左右互动和纵向的由上而下，确定了优先发展绿茶种植业、茶叶机械制造业、绿茶深加工业、绿茶包装业销售业、绿茶文化产业和绿茶旅游产业等六大产业重点，以此来提升绿茶产业的竞争力。

Develop Tea Related Industry and Improve the Competitiveness of Green Tea in the Tea-area of Dabieshan in Anhui Province

Province Green tea has been paid more and more attention by the domestic consumers and those overseas, and the market is heating up in recent years.As the important producing area, Dabieshan Tea-area is lack of competitiveness in terms of green tea. The article put forward that some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of green tea industry, such as the suggestions of developing tea related industry, and giving priority to such industries as cultivating of tea, deep processing, packing and distribution, cultural industry and tourist industry.
