| 摘 要： | [目的]研究垂盆草水提液对4种植物的化感作用。[方法]采用室内生物测定法,研究了垂盆草水提液对小麦、白菜、萝卜和高羊茅4种植物的种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]垂盆草水提液可明显影响4种植物的幼苗生长,对4种植物的种子萌发和幼根生长均表现为抑制作用。当浓度为50.00、100.00 mg/ml时,垂盆草水提液对白菜和高羊茅幼根长的抑制率接近100%;垂盆草水提液对植物茎长的作用则依物种的不同而不同。[结论]垂盆草水提液可抑制供试植物种子的萌发和幼苗根的生长。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to study the allelopathy of aqueous extracts from Sedum sarmentosum Bunge.on four plants.[Method] By using the techniques of laboratory bioassay,the effects of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge.aqueous extracts on the seed germination and seedling growth of Triticum aestivum,Brassica pekinensis,Raphanus sativus L.and Festuca arundinacea were studied.[Result] Sedum sarmentosum Bunge.aqueous extracts had obvious inhibition effects on the germination rate and root growth of four tested plants.The... |
