| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Von Hipple—Lindau病的诊断及治疗．方法报道VonHippie—Lindau病1例，总结延髓血管母细胞瘤手术的经验教训，结果患者于术后1个月临床死亡．结论通过详细的综合检查及治疗，并及时总结延髓血管母细胞瘤手术方法，从而提高对该病的诊治水平．

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diagnosis and therapy of Von Hipple-Lindau disease. Methods To summarize the lesson and experience of hemangioblastomas in medulla through a case report of Von Hipple-Lindau disease. Results The patient was dead after one month. Conclusion It can improve diagnosis and therapy level of Von Hipple-Lindau disease through detailed comprehensive examination and clinical experience. |
