水稻育性光温调控模式假说——水稻光温敏不育机理的探讨

摘    要:本文在前人的研究基础上,结合作者的认识,应用分子遗传学的观点,提出水稻光温敏不育机理的假说。本假说认为水稻光温敏不育是由调控基因突变引起的,而不是由育性结构基因突变引起的。本假说可较好地解释光温敏不育系中的有关问题。

Abstract:According to the study on PGMR and TGMR by other scientists in rice,a new hypothesis of the mechanism about PGMR and TGMR was put forward which was based on the point of molecular genet- ics.It was considered that the sterility of PGMR and TGMR is a result of the mutation of light regulated genes or thermo-regulated genes or the two,not a result of mutation of sterile structure genes,The hypothe- sis can explain some problem about PGMR and TGMR better.
