青海小麦高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基遗传规律探讨

摘    要:用十二烷基硫酸钠—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS—PAGE)对16个不同杂交组合F1代的HMW-GS进行分析,结果表明:F1的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组合是双亲亚基的重新组合,且表现出很强的倾母性;F1的品质得分是双亲共同作用的结果,且母本的贡献更大。

Abstract:The grain proteins of F_1hybrids for 16 different hybridized combinations were fractionated by SDS-PAGE,The result indicated that the coenobium of HMW-GS for F_1 hybrids was regrouped by both parents HMW-GS,and a significant effect of female parents was observed in F_1 hybrids;The quality score of F_1 hybrids was decided by both parents,and the effect of female parents was more important.
