摘    要:目的]研究壳聚糖对红掌叶部某致病菌的抑制作用。方法]对红掌叶部某致病菌进行了分离、纯化及鉴定,并探究了不同分子量、不同浓度的壳聚糖对该致病菌抑制作用效果的影响。结果]该致病菌初步鉴定归为半知菌亚门(Deuteromycotina)、丝孢纲(Hypho-mycetes)、丝孢目(Hyphomycetales)、暗色孢科(Dematiaceae)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、芸苔生交链孢(A.brassiciola)。壳聚糖对该致病菌具有一定的抑制作用,且抑制作用随浓度增大而增大,其中150 000分子量壳聚糖的抑菌效果最好,抑菌率在第2天达到最大值(86.56%)。结论]壳聚糖在花卉病害防治方面具有良好的应用价值。

Studies on the Inhabition of Chitosan against the Pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the inhabition of chitosan against the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum.Method] The pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum was isolated,purified and identified.Inhibition effects of different molecular weight and different concentrations of chitosan on the pathogen were preliminarily explored.Result] The pathogen was preliminarily identified to be Deuteromycotina,Hyphomycetes,Hyphomycetales,Dematiaceae,Alternaria,A.brassiciola.Chitosan had a certain inhibition effect on the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum,and the higher concentrations of chitosan showed a bettet inhibition effect than that of lower ones.150 000 had the best inhibition effect in the following three kinds of molecular weight 3 000,50 000 and 150 000,and its inhibition ratio achieved the maximum(86.56%) in the second day.Conclusion] Chitosan has good application value in the disease prevention and treatment of flower.
