摘    要:
[目的]研究从剑麻(Agave sisaiana Perrine)中提取与分离纯化剑麻皂素的工艺。[方法]采用常规的硫酸加热回流提取法,提取剑麻皂素粗提物,用大孔径树脂分离纯化剑麻皂素,并确定最佳提纯工艺条件。[结果]用D-101树脂分离效果较好,最佳分离纯化工艺条件是,洗脱液浓度为70%乙醇,用量100 ml,洗脱速度0.6 ml/min。在此条件下,剑麻皂素得率为79.1%,纯度为71.6%。[结论]该试验研究工艺技术上可行,原料价廉适合工业化生产。

Study on Technology of Isolation and Purification of Tigogenin

Abstract:
[Objective]The research aimed to study the technology of extraction,isolation and purification of tigogenin from Agave sisalana Perr.ex Engelm.[Method] The crude extracts of tigogenin were extracted by using conventional heating reflux extraction method with sulphuric acid,isolated and purified by macroporous resin,and the optimum technology was determined.[Results] It was better to isolate tigogenin by using D-101 resin.The recovery rate and purity were respectively 79.1% and 71.6% under the optimum conditions,which were isolated and purified at the speed of 0.6 ml/min with 100 ml of 70% alcohol as eluent.[Conclusion] The experimental method was feasible for industrial production of tigogenin due to reasonable technique method and lower raw materials,
