| 摘 要： | 目的]研究丹酚酸B对血液胆固醇代谢的调节作用。方法]选取SD大白鼠,建立高脂模型,进行丹酚酸B干预试验,测定大鼠血液及粪便胆固醇与胆汁酸含量。结果]丹酚酸B干预的大鼠血液中胆固醇含量显著低于高脂模型组大鼠,粪便中胆固醇及胆汁酸含量显著高于高脂模型组。结论]丹酚酸B主要通过促进粪便胆固醇与胆汁酸的排泄降低血液中胆固醇。

| Abstract: | Objective]To study the effect of Saivianolic acid B on regulating of cholesterol metabolism.Method]SD rats were selected,and high-fat-model was established.Saivianolic acid B was injected for interference experiment.cholesterol and bile acid in blood and fecal of the rats were detected.Result]Cholesterol content in blood of the drug intervention group was significantly lower than the high-fat-model group.The content of cholesterol and bile acid in fecal of the drug intervention group was significantly higher than the high-fat-model group.Conclusion] Blood cholesterol could be reduced by Saivianolic acid B in increasing excretion of fecal cholesterol and bile acid. |
